William F. Stonecipher, 79, a resident of Palatka FL, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011, at his home. He was of the Baptist faith and a proud member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, Countryside, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard Stonecipher, Sr. and Martha Clyde Sandidge Stonecipher, as well as his son William T. Stonecipher. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Allen. His daughter LaDonna (Dale) Massengill of Palm Coast, FL; 3 Grandchildren. 3 step-children Ray (Mary) Allen, Glenda Johns, and Faye (Jerry) McNeal all of Palatka, FL. 7 step-grandchildren. 2 Aunts Rosa Sandidge Sullivan, Clara Brown Sandidge; brother Millard (Elaine) Stonecipher Jr; sister Patricia (Byron) Wilson all of Cleveland. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am. Thursday, June 16, 2011, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Wagner officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Springs Cemetery His son-in-law Dale, grandson, Blake and grandson-in-law Dan Cortez, and three nephews of his first wife; George Ogle, Wesley Ogle and Bronson Ogle. will serve as pallbearers. His family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the funeral home.
