Kristie Hamilton Sylar went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 14, 2011. She was a devoted mother, daughter and sister. She will be missed by all who knew her. Kristie was born March 27, 1975 in Cleveland, TN to her surviving parents, Don and Dianne Hamilton and was a life long area resident. She was crowned Ms. Spirit of Bradley in 1993 and was a registered nurse who served many families in the area with her loving nature, witty sense of humor and a spirit of devotion towards her patients and their families. She is preceded in death by grandparents, Wilson and Mary Ann Rigney and Fred O. Clark; nephew, Joe Myerscough; niece, Olivia Grace Hamilton. She is survived by three adoring children, Cooper, Keely and Jordan Sylar; maternal grandmother, Louise Clark; one sister, Teresa Myerscough of Orlando, FL; three brothers, Wade Hamilton of Dothan, AL, Greg and Wendy Hamilton of Cleveland, TN, and Lance and Carol Hamilton of Orlando, FL; five nephews, Steven Myerscough, Zach Myerscough, Christian Hamilton, Brandon Hamilton and Josh Hamilton; four nieces, Ariel Hamilton, Brittany Hamilton, Ashley Hamilton and Abigail Hamilton and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The service will be conducted on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Jerry Millwood, Reverend David Cross and Dr. Hollis Gause officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with her brothers, Wade Hamilton, Greg Hamilton, Lance Hamilton and her nephews, Steven Myerscough, Zach Myerscough, Christian Hamilton, Brandon Hamilton and Josh Hamilton serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2011 at funeral home.
