Virginia Shaw, 80, a resident of Cleveland for 36 years and previously Sidney, OH, went peacefully home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in a local hospital. She was a member of Bellfounte Baptist Church. She sat and comforted many adults as a CNA home nurse. She was full of life and loved to travel and never wanted to miss a family reunion in Ohio. She had a sense of humor and loved to laugh and would make you laugh. She loved God, family and friends. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Jack Ashley and her parents, George and Nellie Thomas Stumpff; brothers: Clive Stumpff, Ed Stumpff, Clifford Stumpff; sisters: Doris Stumpff Keys and Betty Stumpff Allen. Survivors include her children: Bobby Barga and wife, Bonnie; David Barga and wife, Becky all of Sidney, OH; Sharon Shaw Clem and husband, Art of Cleveland; William Charles “Bill” Moore and wife, Sandra; and John Moore of Knoxville; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings: Shirley Stumpff of Sidney, OH; Donald Stumpff of Piqua, OH; Jerry Stumpff of Springfield, OH; Irma Couchot; many nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be conducted at noon on Saturday, March 26, 2011 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Lake Walker officiating. A white dove release ceremony on the front lawn will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 10-12 on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
