Pastor Naomi J. Walker, 74, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in the Cleveland hospital. She was a member of Kings Temple Holiness Church where she was Senior Pastor and spiritual mother. She was a graduate of the Salvation Army College in San Francisco. Pastor Walker was the daughter of the late Joseph Earl Utley and Bessie May Huffman Utley and was also preceded in death by her husband, Evangelist Tommy McPherson Walker; daughter, Elizabeth Joy Walker; son, Tommy David Walker; brothers: James Earl Utley and Charles Wilbur Utley. She is survived by her five sons: Reverend Timothy Walker of Brunswick, Ohio, Reverend John Walker of North Olmstead, Ohio, Reverend Daniel Walker of Cleveland, TN, Reverend Joseph Walker of North Ridgeville, Ohio and Reverend David Walker of North Ridgeville, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren: Jimmy, Joy, Gabriella, Andrew, Erica, Rachael, Daniel, Jr., Seth (due March 2011), Elijah, Emelie, Noah, Lexi, John; one brother, Joseph John Utley of Hesperia, California; several nieces and nephews also survive; and many adoptive daughters and sons all over the world! Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Kings Temple Holiness Church with Pastor Doug Ledford and her sons officiating. Interment will be held at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
