Frances Graham Francisco

Frances Graham Francisco, 90, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was born in Bradley County on June 19, 1920. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Otis and Bertie Messer Graham, sister, Della Mae Graham, brother, George O. Graham. Survivors include her daughter, Carol Martin; granddaughter, Kendra Owens and husband, Gary; great-granddaughters, Brittany Owens, Melani Owens and Valerie Braddy and husband Jayson; great-great-grandson, Deklyn Gary Braddy and the cousins and friends whom she love dearly. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Nolen officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Her family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the funeral home prior to the service.
