Kim King Richardson, age 53, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at the family residence. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. She was a member of the Senior Olympics Women’s Basketball Team which recently won the Tennessee State Championship. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty King. Survivors include her husband, Steve Richardson of Cleveland; father, Joe King of Cleveland; three children: Kelli Tipton Blevins and husband, Andy Blevins of Soddy Daisy, Stacy Tipton of Cleveland, Abby Tipton serving in the United States Army in Korea and Jeremy Richardson of Ringgold, GA; grandchildren: Molly, Hailey, Easton, Eira Blevins, Emery Arnwine, Savannah and Eli Richardson; one brother, Larry King and wife Victoria King of Cleveland; two sisters: Patti King Crick and husband, Roger Crick of Cleveland and Kay King Stemen and husband Kim of Greer, SC; close friend, Karen Saunders Smith; several nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the Eastside Church of Christ with Minister Jeff Archey officiating. Her family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the church prior to the service.
