Philip James Smith

Philip James Smith, age 53, a resident of Charleston, TN, passed away in early February of 2011. He was employed with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Mr. Smith was the son of the late Thomas and Ina Smith and was also preceded in death by his wife Trisha Smith and a nephew, Stephen Barea. He is survived by his two sisters and spouses: Barbara and John Barea of Buford, GA and Lynn and Robert Harbin of Dubuque, Iowa; one brother and spouse: John and Barb Smith of Flat Rock, Michigan; five nieces and two nephews also survive. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Carr officiating.
