Evaline Schrader Millsap, 87, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 in a local healthcare facility. She was born in Hamilton County and spent most of her life in Cleveland. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Professional Secretary Association and served as office manager of Dust-tex Company for many years. She enjoyed traveling and had visited all 50 states as well as many countries overseas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mart Millsap and her parents, Herbert Schrader and Stellah Standifer Schrader.
She is survived by her four children, Judy Faye Millsap of Cleveland, Trudy Kaye Warnack (Larry) of Old Fort, Sandra Gail Burris of Rossville, GA and Cheryl Lynn Young of Gadsden, AL; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Elbert Schrader (Alma Ruth) of Cleveland; several nieces, nephews and other extended family members also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2014 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Moncrief officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Monday at funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
