Martha R. Thomas

Martha R. Thomas, 90, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, December 26, 2016 at a local healthcare facility.  She was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Church.   She was a teacher and had taught school at Saint Thomas More in Louisville, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Thomas; parents, William G. Reckley and Clementine Naville Reckley; one brother, Jack Reckley; two sisters, Jeanne Reckley and Eva Dunigan.

She is survived by two sons, Stephen Thomas and wife Audrey of Cleveland, and Robert Thomas and wife Marsha of Huntsville, AL; two grandchildren, Robert Thomas, Jr., and Julie Thomas, both of Huntsville, AL; brother, Thomas Reckley of Tarzana, CA; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

No funeral or visitation services are planned at this time.  She will be inurned at a later date at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
