Margaret "Leona" Hicks

Margaret Leona Camper Hicks, 89, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at a family residence in North Fort Myers, Florida. She was a retiree of Charleston Hosiery Mill.

She was preceded in death by his husband, Joseph (Joe) Lincoln Hicks; parents, Claude Camper and Levey Felix Camper; children, Terry Dexter Hicks and Linda Jane Flint.

She is survived by her sons, Danny Hicks and wife Judy, and Ronald Lee (Corky) Hicks and wife Nita, all of Fort Myers, FL; son-in-law, Charles Marvin Flint of Cleveland; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Ronald "Corky" Hicks officiating. Interment will follow at Delano Cemetery, with bagpipes and a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.  Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
