Ruby Marie Burnette Kiser

Ruby Marie Burnette Kiser, 85, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in a Murfreesboro, Tennessee hospital.  She was a member of Red Hill United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carson and Ethel Dixon Burnette; siblings, Amos and Columbus Burnette.

She is survived by her son, Gerald Stephen Kiser and wife, Melanie of Christiana, TN; four grandchildren, Austen Kiser of Christiana; Marina Taylor and husband, Zach of Middlesboro, KY, Clarice Kiser and Aaron Kiser of Christiana; siblings, Wanda Grider, Mariam Starling and Pat and Ed Turner, all of Cleveland. Several nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Terrill Littrel officiating. Interment will follow in Red Hill Cemetery with Richard Burnette, Greg Grider, Dale Turner, J.R. Burnette, Brad Jones and Doug Smith serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on
Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to, Red Hill United Methodist Church, 1333 Strawhill Road, Cleveland, TN 37323.
