William (Bill) Walter Cross

William (Bill) Walter Cross, age 79, of Cleveland, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday morning November 2, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his sons, Tim Cross, Larry and Garry Cross; parents, Wallace and Lily Cross; and four brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Mary Cross; daughters, Ramona (Mony) Cross, Donna Beaty and husband Skip Beaty, Karen Brown, Christy Cross; special daughter-in-law, Sandy Cross; and special son-in-law, Earl Brown.  He also leaves to cherish his memory, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Eunice Ogle; three brothers, Larry Cross, Tom Cross, and Clint Cross; and one brother-in-law, Bobby Long and his wife Melba; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held directly following visitation Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Red Hill Cemetery with Reverend Jackie Carden officiating.  Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
