Seleta Anne Hyde

Seleta Anne Higgins Hyde, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at a local hospital.  She was of the Baptist faith and attended North Cleveland Baptist Church.   

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Edward Hyde; parents Hershel Higgins and Kathleen Whitlock Higgins.

She is survived by her children Kenneth “Kenny” Hyde of Cleveland, Teresa (Larry) Bryant of Cleveland, and Billy (Tracy) Hyde of Blue Ridge, GA; grandchildren Miranda Harper, Blake Hyde, Brad Bryant, Will Bryant, Bretton Deal, Bryce Deal, and Macy Deal; great-grandchildren Blake Moses, Ashlin Harper, and Emorie Nicholson; special nephew Tim Hyde, along with several other nieces and nephews also survive. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Jonathan Pierce officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with a white dove release ceremony and playing of bagpipes concluding the service.  Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.  

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 prior to the service.
