Lois Carol Braden

Lois Carol Braden, 75, of Cleveland passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at her home. She was of the Baptist faith and loved Jesus.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Braden Jr.; mother, Larna Huffman Hively; and father, Dexter Hively.

Survivors include her children, Angela Braden of Chattanooga, Andrea Braden Moffett of Chattanooga and Jeff Braden of Cleveland; grandchildren, Ashlee Marie Braden and Austin Lane Moffett; siblings, Linda Mueller (Jerry) of Melbourne, FL, Judy Belcher (Paul) of Elkview, WV, Regina Eastman of Clendenin, WV and Edward Hively of Baton Rouge, LA; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Tom Wickes officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.

Her family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis,TN 38105.
