Margaret Florence Lane

Margaret Florence Lane, 74, lifelong resident of Birchwood, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at a Chattanooga hospital. She was born June 23, 1944 to the late Charlie and Florence Fine Daugherty. Margaret was a member of Burdette Baptist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Daugherty and Charles Daugherty.

Survivors include her children, Raymond Lane and wife Pam, Annette Wilcoxon, and husband Ronald all of Birchwood, Tennessee; grandson, Robert Lane of Dalton, Georgia; grandson Matthew Wilcoxon of Cleveland, Tennesse who was the pride and joy of her life; sister-in-law, Margie Daugherty,  and lifelong friend, Sue Dickson.

Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Richard Watson officiating. Interment will be 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 8, 2019 at McInturff Cemetery, Birchwood, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on at the funeral home prior to the service.
