Judy A. Clark, 75, Cleveland, died Saturday, April 6, 2019 in a local healthcare facility.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. C. Ray and Lillian Aliene Ware Ray; and husband, Carlos L. “Puch” Clark.

She is survived two children, Tina Lee Moses and Michael Edward Clark; four great grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time.
