Lady Nina Josephine (Jo) Holt Webb

Lady Nina Josephine (Jo) Holt Webb, 88, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019, at the family residence. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James S. Webb, Sr.; son, James S. Webb, Jr.; parents, Bonnie Dunn Holt and Willis James Holt; sisters, Juanita Davis, Irene Cogdill, Shirley Conover and Betty Catherine Holt; brothers, Harold Clyde Holt and Willis James Holt, Jr.

She was born June 4, 1931 in Greeneville, Tennessee.  She attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where her life with Jim began.

She was a communicant of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church; member of the Ocoee Garden Club; a lifetime member of the Daughters of the American Revolution; and a member of The Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem (a Christian Military Order).

She is survived by several nieces and nephews; Terri McDonald, Husband Darryl, Dean McDonald, Roy Cogdill, Gary Cogdill, Dawn Holt, Patty Holt Waterman, Cindy Holt Meyers, Tim Holt, Bobby and Darlene Davis, Kenneth and Reba Davis, Linda and Billy Collins, Odene and Judy Davis, Charlotte and Clearance Sutherland, Peggy and David Elrod; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Katy and Roy Ogle and brother-in-law, Jim Conover.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church with Reverend Joel Huffstetler officiating.  Interment will follow at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Darryl McDonald, Allan Cogdill, Gary Cogdill, Billy Collins and Joseph Andrada serving as pallbearers.  A white dove release ceremony and the playing of bagpipes will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. on at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home on Thursday prior to the service at the church.
