Donald Clarke Gist

Don Gist, age 84, of Etowah, passed away on Monday morning, October 31, 2016 at a local healthcare facility.  Born in California, Don had lived the past 28 years in McMinn County.  He was a member of Woodward Church of God and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Elaine Bryan Gist of Etowah; and daughter, Alexis Ray of Etowah.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
