Edna Mae Burris

Edna Mae Burris, 68, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday morning, February 5, 2007 in a local hospital. She retired from Charleston Hosiery after 20 years. She was a devout Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar J. and Jewel Crumbley ODaniel; and one brother, Warren ODaniel.

Survivors include two sons and daughters in law, Robert N. and Kelly Burris of Georgetown, TN and Paul and Krystyn Burris of Meigs County, TN; two brothers, James W. ODaniel of Cleveland, and Donnie ODaniel and his wife Debbie of Cincinnati, OH; three sisters, Carolyn A. Johnson and husband Bill, Patricia K. Burgess and husband Ricky, and Kelly Hardin, all of Cleveland; and five grandchildren, Lindsay R. Gates, Kevin Reasons, Justin Burris, Rachel Burris, and Corine Burris.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Beecher White officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 11-1 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
