John Caylor

John F. Caylor, Sr., age 60, a resident of Cleveland, passed into eternity Tuesday, August 24, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. A former resident of Chattanooga, he was living with and under the care of his older brother, James (Jim) P. Caylor III and his wife Sarah. John was a veteran of the United States Army, serving as a medic with the 82nd Airborne. He was an avid outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James P. Caylor, Sr. and Agnes Elfreda Brown Caylor; brother, David Eugene Caylor; and infant sister, Linda Gayle Caylor.

Survivors include sons, John Jr., Mark, and Chad Caylor; brothers James (Jim) Caylor and wife, Sarah; sisters, Judy Fields, and husband Lee, Donna Sherlin and husband Wayne, and Kitty Love; niece, MaLinda Beck; special aunts, Nancy Brown and Faye Young and second mother, Aunt Francis Wrinkle; six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
