Jaxon Arvil Ray Chadwick, infant son of Kevin and Amy Chadwick, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2008, in a Chattanooga hospital. Other survivors include his sister, Misty Chadwick, grandparents, Debbie and Jerry Garland, Cleveland and Faye Varner and great grandmother, Elizabeth Fritts, Cleveland, TN.
Graveside services will be held Friday, January 11, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
