Joe M. Harris

Joe M. Harris, age 90, resident of Snomish, Washington, passed away June 30, 2008, in a hospital there. A native of Charleston, TN, he was retired from the U. S. Navy after 37 years of dedicated service to his country. He was preceded in death by his parents, Creed and Jannie Harris, one brother, Alden Harris, one sister, Dorothy Harris Graham.

Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Kay Harris, two sons, Ronnie Harris and wife, Jan and John Harris of Snomish, Washington. Two grandchildren. Two sisters, Uva Cofer and Betty Flowers both of Cleveland, TN; two brothers, Kenneth and Everett Harris of Cleveland, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services and interment were held July 3, 2008, in Snomish, Washington.
