Irene Kimsey

Irene (Bunk) Johnson Kimsey, 71, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, January 15, 2007 in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Myrtle R. Johnson; sisters, Marie Wade and Gladys Killian; and brothers, William Bill Johnson and Walter (Dutch) Johnson.

Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Perry of Cleveland and Patsy Stone and her husband, Gary D. Stone of Benton; three sons, Mickey (Ghost) and Julie Kimsey and Sonny (Buddy) and Janice Kimsey, all of Cleveland, and William Bill and Kelly Johnson of Etowah; sisters, Liddy Dixon, Ann and Junior Johnson, and Betty West, all of Cleveland; thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.

Funeral service will be held Thursday 7 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Killian officiating. Interment will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Chilcutt Cemetery.
