Charles Scoggins

Charles L. Scoggins, Jr. 85, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2006 at his home. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served during World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise Scoggins; parents, Charles L. Scoggins, Sr. and Velma Haddock Scoggins.

Survivors include three sisters, Wanda Bullard, Billie Gladson, and Ernestine Queens, all of Cleveland; one stepson, James (Doodle) Towers; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and special caregivers, Lora Towers, Rylie Towers, Ryan Cook and Nolan Cook.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
