Elmer Ray Chappell, age 65, of Cleveland passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013 in a Hamilton County healthcare facility.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Sidney Ray Chappell, Gussie Gretchen Kilgore and brother; Travis Wendell Kilgore.
He is survived by his loving companion; Carolyn Green Chappell of Cleveland, one daughter; Sydney Rae Chappell, one stepson; Joshua (Nicole) Cullins; one grandson, Hunter Cullins, all of Cleveland; One brother Larry Chappell of Miss. and several nieces and nephews.
Service:
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
