Charles Wayne Hindman
July 20, 1948 — January 22, 2018
Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Hindman; parents, Ruffie Paul and Neta Frady Hindman.
Wayne is survived by his children, David Hindman of Charleston, SC, Daniel (Heather) Hindman of New Castle, IN and Jonathan Hindman of Cleveland, adopted son, Jason Cook of South Carolina; grandchildren, Kantessa Hindman, Douglass Hindman, Ricky Hindman, Landon Beasley and Harley Quarles.
A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home of Cleveland on Friday, January 26 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Woody officiating.
Interment will follow at Beaty Cemetery, Freewill Road, Cleveland. Members of the Chattanooga Police Department will serve as pallbearers and render honors.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 25 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
