Shirley Pauline Mayhew

Shirley Pauline Mayhew, 72, of Hixson, died Monday, April 30, 2018, at a local health care facility.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was loved by all.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Mayhew, Jr; parents, George and Mary Cox; children, Dale R. Arnold, Tina M. Arnold, Ray A. Reed; grandchildren, Jessica Rose and Scotty Wilkins.

She is survived by her children, Bobby Reed (Patricia), Tami Arnold, Glen Arnold, Robin Sanborn; grandchildren, Joshua Reed and several others.

In honoring Shirley’s request, there will be no services or visitation.  She will be interred with her husband in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
