Samuel Wayne Puckett, 53, a resident of Rossville, Ga, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at his home.
He was born March 4, 1965 in Chattanooga, TN. Sam enjoyed entertaining people by being a magician.
Sam was preceded in death by his Mother, Patsy Jo Forrester Puckett.
Survivors include his father, David Leon Puckett; sons, Spencer Puckett, Mackinley Puckett (Madeline); grandchildren, Monroe and Malia Puckett; brothers, John Puckett, Mark Puckett, and Matthew Puckett.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 30, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the East Side Church of Christ in Cleveland, TN.
